Neil Orchard Senior Activities CenterRun by the Cordova Recreation & Park District, this senior center offers a variety of activities, outings, and classes.
North Highlands Recreation and Park District
Programs specifically for older adults include games, Bingo, movies, and other social events. There are also art classes for adults of all ages.
Orangevale Recreation & Park District - Active Adults
Offerings for adults include art, music, and exercise classes, Bridge, martial arts, and movies.
Pat O'Brien Community Center
This community center offers several fitness classes just for older adults as well as exercise and yoga classes for adults of all ages. This site also has an aquatic center.
Rio Linda Elverta Recreation and Parks District - Adult Activities
This community center offers adult activities such as pickleball, arts and crafts classes, and tai chi.
Rusch Park Community Center
The Sunrise Recreation and Park District offers adult arts, fitness, and other classes and activities at this community center.
