- For those age 60+ who are homebound, LCCOA can provide eligible individuals 5 meals per week delivered to their homes. The meals are delivered frozen weekly and are easily heated in a microwave oven. Each meal meets one-third of the daily nutrition intake for seniors.

Financial assistance limited to $100 per 12-month period. Provides Christian counseling and referrals to other resources to solve the crisis. Applicants must bring: Valid NC picture ID, with Lenoir County address matching the bill's address, and the current bill for which applicant is seeking assistance. Usually, assistance is given until the 10th of the month on late bills.
