Meatless Mondays

Recent studies show that approximately 86% of the American Diet comes from animal sources with 14% from plant (ideally, these numbers should be reversed!). Plant-based foods have been shown to help with weight management, lower cholesterol, and reduce liver inflammation. Consider making one or two “meatless meals” throughout the week.
