Plums
Plums are a stone fruit like peaches, nectarines, and apricots due to the large seed inside of them. Plums are typically known for their dark purple color, however, they can also have green, red, and yellow skin. There are a variety of plums that can vary in size.
Plums are packed full of fiber and vitamin C. Dried plums, known as prunes, have been known to help our digestion through constipation relief. Plums are a sweet and juicy fruit that can be enjoyed on a salad, eaten by themselves, or used to make a plum chutney!
