Sheet Pan Meals

Sometimes we need a quick and easy way to prepare meals that will still provide nutrition and enjoyment. Sheet pan meals may be your answer. Throw a few of these meals in every week and consider doubling the recipe to freeze for later. The following are a few recipes to consider trying, though I would use butter, ghee, or avocado oil in place of olive oil when cooking at higher heats.
