Utilizing MyCare Journey and MyCare Device for Accountability
As a reminder, all 3 components of the MyCare Program were designed to support you. Today we’ll go over how the MyCare Journey and MyCare Device parts of our program can help you to stay accountable.
-
The MyCare Journey sends informative videos, articles, and games to provide education and accountability in-between calls with your MyCare Coordinator. Be sure to tune into videos or read the video summaries that are sent each week! Consider trying some of our recipes and playing the MyCare Journey games too. Staying engaged with learning can help hold you accountable on your wellness journey. MyCare Journey content can be found in our searchable knowledge base.
-
MyCare Device provides scales to eligible patients for daily weighing. If you’re enrolled in MyCare Device, this part of our program can support you and help you stay accountable to any weight loss-related goals by allowing your MyCare Coordinator to monitor your weight trends. Don’t forget to step on your scale daily!
