If you are looking for ways to help flavor your meat and vegetables while cutting back on salt, give vinegar a try! With over a dozen varieties, vinegar is so versatile in its uses.

  • Use as a marinade: cut up chicken and marinate overnight in a Ziplock bag

  • Dress it up! Make your own homemade dressing to use on veggies and salads.
